Homes are staying on the market in Boca Raton, Florida on average longer than this time last year. What does that mean for Buyers? More homes on market and longer days on market means we can get back to negotiating again. While high interest rates may scare away some buyers that want to wait for the rates to come down, keep in mind, when/if those dates DO come down there will certainly be more Buyers in the market again going after the same homes and driving the prices up like we’ve seen the past few years in South Florida. So, when is the best time to move? Best to not time the market and buy when you need to with someone you TRUST.
